SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery will be made as soon as possible. The delivery times mentioned on the Platform are merely indicative and do not constitute a binding commitment on the part of the Seller. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum delivery period is thirty (30) days after receipt of payment for the ordered Goods.

The Customer is required to accept the Goods delivered by the Seller at the address provided by the Customer during the order process and must ensure sufficient space for the Goods to be delivered. The Seller (either directly or through an external third party) will deliver the Goods to the Customer’s building on the ground floor in a location accessible by car. At the time of delivery, the Customer must sign the delivery note to acknowledge receipt.

The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries, which will be considered as partial sales. Partial delivery of an order cannot justify the refusal to pay for the delivered Goods.

If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract at no cost, unless the ordered goods have already been shipped at that time. In the event of cancellation, the Seller will refund the amount paid by the Customer within fourteen days.
